Ladies Chair Dance has been designed to enable women to express their femininity and to feel more self-confident.
Choreographies include mostly dancing on a chair. They combine various dance styles, mostly jazz elements, with some salsa & bachata steps, reggaeton moves, etc. In addition to that, some of the choreographies with accessories like high heels, a hat, a fan, an umbrella, imagination is the limit.
Besides the dance routines, this course also includes warm-up and cool-down exercises, strengthening and stretching exercises, various dance and mobility tips and tricks.

In my dance style, I combine a wide range of dance knowledge I gained learning in Slovenia and abroad (jazz ballet, salsa, reggaeton, bachata).
