Meet the course author

Kos is a Qigong teacher, filmmaker, traveler, father, and lifelong student of life. His journey into Qigong began over 15 years ago during a trip to Tibet, when a serious illness brought him to the edge of life and death. Guided by masters of meditation and energy arts, he rebuilt his health and vitality through daily practice.
Since then, he has led international workshops, taught students of all ages, and integrated Qigong into his own life as a non-negotiable daily ritual. His teaching blends ancient wisdom with modern living, making the practice practical, accessible, and deeply human.
