Hi, I’m Kasia Rain.
Before anything else — I’m a woman who knows what it feels like to not feel at home in her own body.
As a teen, I was lost. No safety. No guidance. I fell into toxic patterns, searching for love where there was none. By 15, I was battling an eating disorder and deep shame.I thought I was broken.
But somewhere along the way, movement found me. Not the kind you perform — the kind that heals.
Through sensual dance, yoga, and years of teaching, I discovered that movement can be a path back to wholeness.
I’ve worked with models, mothers, students — and every single one came in carrying self-doubt.
That’s why I created this course: To give women a space where they don’t have to “get it right.”
Where they can move however they want. Where they can feel powerful, soft, emotional, alive — without apology.
