Academic plan

We will start with a powerful warm-up, learn to do simple basic shakes that you can add to other dance movements.
Enjoy a fun warm-up and body isolation technique. These are very sensual and beautiful movements that are often used not only in twerking but also in other dance styles. We will learn basic pelvic rotations that help develop technique for future shakes.
A practical session of combining two techniques: bounce and up and down shake. This is one of the fundamental basic movements on which all future shakes and variations in twerking are built.
In this lesson, we will study two techniques of diagonal shakes. We will review and practice previous techniques and learn snake-like body movements. At the end of the lesson, we will solidify all the elements to energetic music.
The final lesson consists of learning the most beautiful, intense, and sensual twerk technique, which is danced on the floor. This technique will not only teach you how to shake but also unleash even more sexuality and confidence within you.
