We are Sircle, we dance from the inside out, everything you feel comes out in your movement as you connect to each other and to the movements that unfold. Sircle Yoga Dance is an empowering movement meditation practice that will take you on a reflective journey of movement. It creates space for the body to awaken and embrace its power, using breath and meditation to create calm, even through the gradually intensifying movement. A Sircle practice will help you experience the extraordinary sensation of freedom in action, and freedom in repetition. It is an integrated practice that is open to all levels. Most dance in the wellness embodiment space is practiced as free form, but in India, Classical Dance is considered to be the highest form of Yoga, which is also why it is known as Shiva's dance. Sircle makes the principles and essence of these teachings accessible through an intuitive and intention-based movement practice. This practice helps you deepen your connection to yourself as well as to others around you.

Learn a bit about what you are stepping into and how the practice is being split up into different components throughout the course.
This lesson dives deep into the meditation and warmups. This is by far the most important part of Sircle, and sometimes the hardest to get through. However a deeper meditative practice in the beginning makes for a more expanded and stronger practice as we get faster.
In this first movement practice we will follow a stationiary Sircle Yoga sequence with no turns, to help us start getting comfortable with the different elements and how they feel in our body.
Let’s build up the stationary 5 Elements sequence with a little more speed and a bit of free flow exploration in between. Here we add some experimentation and flow in between the stationary sequence to start opening up the Sircular dimension.
Easing into a full Sircle Flow, this gentle flow helps you embrace the turns as a natural evolution of flow in the practice.
Here we dive into the full 5 Elements Sircle Flow. Embracing the power of movememnt and connection. If this practice finds an ease in your body then we have a library of over 30 sequences using the same flow but different intentions. Keep your flow moving!
