Hi! I’m Victoria Zimenkova. I am an actress, poet, and writer. Due to my profession, I have to memorize a lot, learn roles, poems, and prose by heart. As I got older, I noticed that it became difficult for me to remember large amounts of information, and what was easy five years ago became challenging. This made me angry and upset. And since I didn't plan on getting old, I started gathering information on how to keep my brain young.
For 15 years, I collected knowledge on rejuvenation and energy gain, and based on all the knowledge I acquired about the brain, dozens of courses, books, and scientific articles - I created an author's program for improving memory. My proprietary method is based on working on fine and gross motor skills and asynchronous movements. I first tested the system on myself. I saw great results. And, to be honest, everyone saw them!
